Cape May feral cat program endangered

For more than a decade, Cape May had a world-renowned program to trap, neuter and return feral cats in the resort city. Last year however, federal and state wildlife officials said the cats lived too close the nests of endangered shore birds. A compromise was supposedly reached, allowing the cats to remain, but keeping them at least 1,000 feet from the beach. (Video by Scott Lituchy, Story by Judy Peet)
