Waiting to audition for American Idol

Registration opened at the Izod Center for the next season of American Idol Sunday morning. Auditioners were able to pick up a wristband and will return on Tuesday morning for the actual audition. Registration is open 24 hours a day until Tuesday August 19th. Paul Marturano, of New Hope PA, was one of the people getting a wristband. Marturano was made famous last year after singing a song about stalking Paula Abdul. (Video by John Munson /The Star-Ledger)
