Unknown substance sickens dozens in Newark

An unknown substance wafted through a Newark apartment building, sending at least 29 people to the hospital. Emergency responders were called around 11:25 a.m. to the six-family building at 521 S. 17th St. after residents complained of light headedness, sore throats and itchy eyes.
