Trying to outlaw “saggy” jeans

The City of Paterson is contemplating whether or not to put an end to the “saggy” jean trend. Councilman Anthony Davis is trying to push though a proposal that would make it possible for the city to fine those who wear their pants so low you can see their underwear.
