American Flag Rugby Festival

For six weeks each summer, more than 1,000 kids in Morris County assemble at parks and schools around the area to play a flag version of rugby. On Saturday, Morris Rugby hosted the 9th annual American Flag Rugby Festival in Chester. Morristown Colonials coach, Mike Stumpf tells us all about it. (Video by John Munson)
