A “dollar and a dream” brings hope to a Newark mansion

Denise Colon bought 176 Clinton Ave. in Newark last year for a buck. The property was one of Newark’s forgotten mansions with 32 rooms of former Victorian Grandeur done in by 50 year of neglect.
